Protein powder is an awesome way to get your macronutrients in a quick way, whether you're on the go or just don't feel like cooking. However, I know that we've all probably had those days when it's hard to drink or maybe it just doesn't sound super appealing. This is where protein bites come in handy!
Use what protein powder and nut butter you already have available, and then you get to decide what sort of mix-ins you'd prefer. Yummo! Savanna’s Protein Bites Recipe Wet Ingredients: 1 cup nut butter, slightly warmed/melted 1/2 cup maple syrup (or other sweetener of choice) 1 tsp vanilla Dry Ingredients: 1 cup protein powder of choice 1 cup rolled oats 2 TBSP chia seed 2 handfuls of dark chocolate chips/chunks 1. Measure and add wet ingredients to glass measuring cup, warm, then mix together. 2. Place dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix to incorporate. 3. Add wet to dry, ensuring to mix well and leaving no dry mix at the bottom. 4. Form into balls and place into your storage container and chill. Although any protein powder will do, I highly recommend using the brand Ka'Chava - Plant-Based Protein/Meal replacement powder. It is vegan and has so many wholesome ingredients such as: probiotics, adaptogens, and supergreens. I hope you enjoy this recipe! <3 XO Savanna (You can find Ka'Chava using my referral code below) i.refs.cc/YQme3ALm?smile_ref=eyJzbWlsZV9zb3VyY2UiOiJzbWlsZV91aSIsInNtaWxlX21lZGl1bSI6IiIsInNtaWxlX2NhbXBhaWduIjoicmVmZXJyYWxfcHJvZ3JhbSIsInNtaWxlX2N1c3RvbWVyX2lkIjo0MjE0NjgzNTd9
